Equipment and pipelines that do not allow purging should be isolated from the purging system.
Before the pipeline is purged, the orifice plate, flange-connected regulating valve, main valve, throttle valve, safety valve, instrument, etc. should not be installed. For the above-mentioned valves and instruments connected by welding, the bypass should be adopted or the seal should be removed. protection measures, etc.
The order of purging should be carried out in the order of main pipe, branch pipe, and dredging pipe.
The dirt discharged by purging shall not pollute the environment, and it is strictly forbidden to discharge it at will.
A forbidden area should be set before purging.
No other operations that affect the cleaning shall be performed after the pipeline has been purged qualified.

Use water to clean the gas pipeline with a nominal diameter of less than 600mm, it should be purged with air. Steam piping should be purged with steam, and non-thermal piping should not be purged with steam. The purging of the gas is generally carried out in sequence by the main pipe, the branch pipe, and the dredging pipe. |
