Instructions for design and selection of three-bolt pipe clamps:
1. Each structural type in the pipe section is marked with the scope of application, and the selection should be based on the medium temperature of the pipe and the requirements of supporting and hanging.
2. Some structural types are universal for pipes with different medium temperatures, but the materials used at various temperatures are different, and the allowable loads are also different. Therefore, special attention should be paid to correctly indicating whether the code of the material and the allowable load can meet the requirements of the design load when issuing the label.
Some structural types have two series: light load and heavy load. (Such as type d2 and type d2a) should be selected correctly according to the design load of the pipeline.
4 The pmax and pg of the root in the selection table of pipe parts and connecting parts refer to the “large allowable load” when the pipe is in cold or hot state. Therefore, hangers should be supported according to different operating modes (including cold and hot states) of the pipeline. Large structural loads that may appear are selected.

Three-bolt pipe clamp installation requirements
1. The location is correct, and the burying is flat and firm.
2. The contact with the pipeline should be close, and the fixing should be firm.
3. The hanger and boom of the non-heat-stretching pipeline should be installed vertically. If the hanger and boom are equipped with channel steel, the channel steel orientation should be the same. Hangers and booms with thermally stretched pipes should be offset in the opposite direction of expansion. The pipe supports and hangers fixed on the building structure shall not affect the safety of the structure.
