Sliding sleeve flange A182 Grade F316Ti, 300#, the sealing surface is convex, ASME B16.5 caliber 141.3mm
A loose flange refers to a flange loosely fitted on the flange of a container or pipeline. Flange is a part that connects between shaft and shaft and is used for connection between pipe ends; it is also useful for flanges on the inlet and outlet of equipment for connection between equipment.
The loose flange is a loose flange. The flange can be made by flanging, direct turning out, or another welding ring. The advantage is that no additional torque is generated to the container or pipeline when the flange is deformed, and it is convenient to manufacture. It can be made of materials different from the container or pipeline, which is convenient for saving precious metals. The disadvantage is that the flange thickness is relatively large. It is suitable for occasions where the vessel or pipeline is lined with brittle materials and the pressure is not high.
Butt welded ring neck loose steel pipe flanges shall be marked according to the following regulations:
Nominal Size-Nominal Pressure Flange Type Code (HL/W) Sealing Surface Type Code Tube Table Number Material Code Standard
Butt weld ring plate loose steel pipe flanges shall be marked according to the following regulations:
Nominal Size-Nominal Pressure Flange Type Code (PL/W) Sealing Surface Type Code Piping Series Material Code Standard
Flat welded ring plate loose steel pipe flanges shall be marked according to the following regulations:
Nominal Size-Nominal Pressure Flange Type Code (PL/C) Sealing Surface Type Code Piping Series Material Code Standard
Flanged ring plate loose steel pipe flanges shall be marked according to the following regulations:
Nominal Size-Nominal Pressure Flange Type Code (PL/P) Sealing Surface Type Code Piping Series Material Code Standard
The pressure mark specified in the standard is divided into PN mark and Class mark.
The PN mark has 12 pressure levels, namely: PN2.5; PN6; PN10; PN16; PN25; PN40; PN63; PN100; PN160; PN250; PN320; PN400.
Class is marked with 6 pressure levels, namely: Class 150; Class 300; Class 600; Class 900; Class 1500; Class 2500.
Loop flanges are divided into multiple models according to different nominal pressure, sealing surface form, flange type and nominal size.
