Diameter reduction/expansion forming

Stamping

The shape of the die used for drawing is designed with reference to the size of the inner surface of the size head, and the blanked steel plate is punched and stretched with the die.
Before bonding the small and small heads, wipe the socket side and the outside of the socket with a dry cloth. When there is oil on the surface, wipe it with acetone. Pay attention to the following points:

5. External processing: non-standard products can be processed according to user requirements with drawings and samples;
6. Connection method: clamp (quick installation) type, welding type, thread (live connection) type.
Note that the size head is also suitable for pipe diameter reduction in the environmental protection and dust removal industry. Generally, they are made of steel coiled cutting and welding. The pipe diameters vary.
