P≥3.0MPa bimetal composite pipe is used in chemical industry and other fields
It is a new type of composite water supply pipe that strongly fits galvanized steel pipe or welded pipe, seamless steel pipe and thinner stainless steel pipe together. It is also a more ideal pipeline upgrade product. It retains the inherent advantages of two different materials, complements their inherent shortcomings, and follows the traditional and mature installation methods and processes of galvanized steel pipes, so it is convenient, reliable, hygienic and safe in use. According to the different material selection of base pipe and lining pipe, as well as the improvement of manufacturing process, the bimetal composite pipes produced by many manufacturers are widely used in oilfield, chemical industry, electric power and other industrial fields, and their scope of application is becoming wider and wider. The economic, environmental and social benefits of the company are also more obvious.
The basic principle of bimetal composite pipe formation
The basic principle of the bimetallic composite steel pipe: the outer base pipe is responsible for the pressure bearing and rigid support of the pipeline, and the inner liner pipe bears the role of corrosion resistance and wear resistance.
The outer base pipe can be selected from carbon steel pipes with different diameters and wall thicknesses according to the flow and pressure requirements of the conveying medium. Hot-dip galvanized steel pipes, longitudinally welded pipes, spiral pipes, seamless steel pipes for low and medium pressure fluid transportation, high-pressure boilers, seamless pipes for petroleum cracking, line pipes, etc. The diameter is generally in the range of φ20-φ1020mm, and the wall thickness is generally in the range of 2.5-50mm.
The lining pipe can choose different corrosion-resistant alloys according to the chemical composition of the conveying medium. It can be austenitic stainless steel 304, 304L, 316, 316L, copper-based alloy, nickel-based alloy, Hastelloy, titanium, titanium alloy, duplex stainless steel and other new high corrosion resistance alloy materials. The wall thickness of the lining pipe can be designed around 0.3-5mm according to the service life and welding process requirements.
The world's prevailing craft methods mainly include the following four
Mechanical rolling method, explosive compound method, drawing compound method, hydraulic compound method.
